In the object menu, you can precisely control how loud and within what range the display's audio can be heard.
How to find the sound settings
You can access the sound settings via the properties of a display (also called "Plane") in the Space Editor. Click on the desired display to open the object menu on the right-hand side.
The following options are available
- Volume: Adjust how loud the display audio should be compared to other content. The slider ranges from 0 (mute) to 100 (full volume).
- Audible everywhere: When this option is enabled, all visitors in the space can hear the audio, regardless of where they are. This is ideal for central presentations or background music.
- Radius (meters): If "Audible everywhere" is disabled, you can define the maximum audible range here. Visitors will only hear the audio within this radius (measured in meters) – the closer they are to the display, the clearer and louder the sound will be.
Usage tip
Use the radius function strategically when placing multiple displays with audio in a space – this helps avoid overlap. For important announcements or presentations, it's best to enable "Audible everywhere".
