In your rooom dashboard, you can easily manage your current subscription, payment details, and company information. Here you’ll learn where to find these settings and how to extend or cancel your subscription.
Find your subscription in the dashboard
To manage your current subscription, you can directly access the corresponding section in your dashboard.
- Click on Profile in the left navigation bar.
- In the submenu, select Subscription.
- Here you can see your current plan and all available upgrade options (e.g. BASE, STARTER, PRO, or ENTERPRISE).
- If you wish, you can switch to another plan directly via the Select button or contact sales for a custom offer.
Edit payment settings and billing details
When you click on Payment settings, a window opens where you’ll find all important payment and billing options.
- Under Account data, you can adjust your personal or company information.
- In Billing and shipping addresses, enter your correct address details so they appear on future invoices.
- Click Payment methods to add a new method or update existing ones.
- You can choose from various payment options:
- Credit card (card number, expiration date, CVV)
- PayPal
- SEPA direct debit
- Once added, your payment method will automatically be used for future invoices.
- Under Invoice history, you can download all past billing statements and invoices.
Tip
If you’re unsure which plan best fits your project, use the Upgrade view in your dashboard to compare the differences between the available subscriptions. This helps you quickly find the right feature set for your needs.
