If you have questions or encounter technical issues, there are several ways to reach rooom Support. Use the support form or send us an email directly.
1. Use the support form
The rooom Help Center offers a simple support form to send your request directly to our team. There are two ways to access the form:

Via the Help Center:
- Click “Submit a request” at the top right of the Help Center.

Via the dashboard:
- Log in to your rooom account at https://app.rooom.com/login.
- In the navigator
click on “Contact Support”.
- Fill out the form and describe your issue as precisely as possible. You can also attach files such as screenshots or documents.
- Click “Submit” to send your request.
2. Send us an email directly
If you prefer not to use the form, you can also contact rooom Support directly via email. This option is ideal if you’ve already prepared all the necessary information.
- Send your message to help@rooom.com.
- Describe your issue or question as clearly as possible. Please also provide the following information:
- Email address of the affected rooom account
- Customer name
- Attach any relevant screenshots or other helpful documents if needed.
With these simple steps, you can quickly and easily reach rooom Support to get help with your request.
