You can adjust your rooom subscription at any time – whether you want to switch to a higher plan or reduce certain features. Here’s how to perform an upgrade or downgrade.
Performing an upgrade
If you need more features or quotas, you can upgrade your subscription directly from the dashboard.
- Click Profile in the left sidebar.
- Select Subscription from the menu.
- In the section Upgrade for an even better 3D experience, you’ll see all available plans – e.g. BASE, STARTER, PRO or ENTERPRISE.
- Compare the features and prices of each plan.
- Click Select under your desired plan to start the upgrade process.
- Confirm your selection and, if necessary, choose a payment method.
- After confirmation, your new plan becomes active immediately – you can start using the additional features right away.
Performing a downgrade
If you need fewer features or want to save costs, you can also downgrade to a smaller plan.
- Go to Profile → Subscription as well.
- Compare the available plans and select the one that best fits your current needs.
- Click Select under your preferred lower-tier plan.
- The downgrade usually takes effect with the next billing cycle. Your current plan remains active until then.
What happens when you change plans
When you switch your subscription, the features and limits of your new plan apply:
- With an upgrade, new features are activated immediately.
- With a downgrade, all content remains available, but you’ll have access to fewer 3D spaces, products, or features.
- The price automatically adjusts according to your new plan and will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
