Technical requirements for rooomEvents

rooomEvents is supported by all common devices. In this article you will find the general technical requirements for using the platform.

System check

The integrated system check automatically checks the technical requirements of your device. If you have technical problems, you will receive an indication of the possible cause.

Operating systems

The following operating systems are supported:

• Windows
• macOS
• Linux
• iOS/iPadOS
• Android

Browser

The following browsers are supported in the latest 5 to 10 versions. We recommend updating to the latest version.

Desktop PC:

• Opera
• Microsoft Edge
• Safari 

Watch out: Internet Explorer is NOT supported!

Mobile devices:

Other

Regardless of the operating system and browser, the following requirements apply:

• WebGL support
• Min. 4 GB RAM
• Min. DualCore CPU 2x2.6GHz (Desktop)
• Stable Internet connection
• Webcam for video call function, if necessary
• Microphone for video call function, if necessary
