Information such as profile data can be imported to the rooomEvents backend. In this article you will learn how to import data.
The import feature allows you to create and administrate user accounts, program items or exhibitor profiles easily. In this way, existing data and information can be imported from external databases.
1. Select the Data Import item in the menu and choose the relevant operation (e.g. User Import).
2. Download the Excel template and fill in the relevant fields. ATTENTION: The formation must not be changed! Make sure that the correct convention is selected.
3. Upload the completed Excel sheet.
4. Click on the Import button.
The import was successful when a green pop-up appears over the original import process.
After the upload, all imported accounts will be listed under the respective menu item (User accounts, Program items or Exhibitors).
