Network restrictions can block domains that are important for avatars or voice chat. Learn which domains need to be unblocked.
How can I tell that my network is blocking necessary domains?
If your network blocks necessary domains, the Space viewer will display the following error message and you won't be able to see other avatars or edit your own avatar:
How can I change that?
To adjust network restrictions, please contact your administrator or IT department. The following domains and ports must be enabled for a smooth 3D experience:

Alternative Solution: Access via Cloud Proxy
If whitelisting the specified domains and ports is not possible in your network, for example, because certain services are not accessible via the standard port 443, we can provide a cloud proxy server that reroutes the traffic of these services through port 443. This allows essential features like avatars or voice chat to work even in restricted networks.
The use of the proxy server must be requested separately for the affected Spaces. Please reach out to your personal contact or contact our sales team at sales@rooom.com. Alternatively, you can book a meeting directly at rooom.com/meeting.
